Hello everyone, and welcome back to my blog. I hope you found some insightful information in my last blog post, where I discussed embracing your flaws. If you haven't checked it out, please be sure to do so. 😊

Today, I will be talking about something similar to the topic of embracing your flaws, which has been on my mind ever since I did my last blog. It's about finding peace in what you can handle.

There are many things in our lives that we can handle, for instance, what we prioritize, how we use our time and how we treat our bodies and brains. But there are many things we can't handle, like how people treat us, how others act and unexpected life events. But trying to control these cants will drive us crazy.

A great way to grow and find peace is to control the controllable. We need to see what we can't control and be able to adapt to it within our lifestyle. When I say adapt, I don't mean giving up; I mean choosing peace over frustration. It means not everything will go our way, and that's okay. The most important thing is how we can handle ourselves in those moments when we are not in control.

We need to stop fighting things we cannot change and live peacefully alongside these uncontrollables. Just remember, take a breath and find peace in what you can handle.

Here are some examples of what we can handle:

  • The kindness we show to ourselves and others.

  •  The goals we set and the boundaries we keep.

And here’s what we can’t handle:

  • The past or future outcomes.

  •  Every challenge life throws our way.
